We are in-network providers with Traditional Medicare. For all commercial insurances, we recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to obtain out-of-network physical therapy (specialist) benefits. If you have out-of-network benefits coverage, a copay may be required per/visit. Contact us if you have any questions about your insurance/billing.

Founding Owner of DRVN Physical Therapy & Wellness, LLC

Dr. Craig is a graduate of the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2020. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in pre-clinical allied health from the University of Central Florida, an Associate of Science degree from Indian River State College, and an Associate of Arts degree from Eastern Florida State College.

As a physical therapist with an extensive educational background in human movement, Craig uses his knowledge of musculoskeletal and orthopedics to maximize functional mobility, improve strength, and enhance physical performance through the use of evidence-based interventions. He specializes in treating sports and orthopedic injuries with a strong emphasis on manual therapy to correct biomechanical imbalances of muscles and joints. He believes that interventions should be focused on supporting individuals in their pursuit to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.

Dr. Craig is a Titleist Performance Institute Professional. He enjoys helping golfers of all ages and skill levels improve their game by examining and addressing their overall golf fitness and mobility. Dr. Craig has worked with weekend warriors all the way up to CEOs of major sporting venues in both inpatient and outpatient clinics.
