You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. Founding Owner of DRVN Physical Therapy & Wellness, LLC

Dr. Craig is a graduate of the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2020. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in pre-clinical allied health from the University of Central Florida, an Associate of Science degree from Indian River State College, and an Associate of Arts degree from Eastern Florida State College.

As a physical therapist with an extensive educational background in human movement, Craig uses his knowledge of musculoskeletal and orthopedics to maximize functional mobility, improve strength, and enhance physical performance through the use of evidence-based interventions. He specializes in treating sports and orthopedic injuries with a strong emphasis on manual therapy to correct biomechanical imbalances of muscles and joints. He believes that interventions should be focused on supporting individuals in their pursuit to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.

Dr. Craig is a Titleist Performance Institute Professional. He enjoys helping golfers of all ages and skill levels improve their game by examining and addressing their overall golf fitness and mobility. Dr. Craig has worked with weekend warriors all the way up to CEOs of major sporting venues in both inpatient and outpatient clinics.
